Creekside Campground Rules & Regulations

We hope you and all of our visiting campers enjoy staying with us! To help ensure this, please assure that all those in your party follow the guidelines below.

  1. The Creekside Campground is private property. All campers and guests of campers MUST register at the office before entering the campground area.
  2. Only one "camping unit" is allowed per site, unless pre-approved by the managers* (see below).
  3. PETS: You must leash and pick up after them! Pets are not allowed in the washroom, showers, pool or creek areas.
  4. WASHROOMS are for registered and paid guests of the campground. DO NOT allow access to ANYONE who doesn't have their own key. Also, you'll see that the use of our showers are included with your camping fees. Please help us to keep it that way by limiting your time and conserving water.
  5. DO NOT swim, wade, fish, play or litter the creek in any way* (see below).
  6. Accompany and supervise all children (12 years old and younger) in the swimming pool and washroom areas* (see below). Make sure you and your children know the washroom and Swimming Pool Rules.
  7. Keep the grounds and your campsite free of litter (including fire pits) and respect other campers' space. Please use the recycling bins and dumpster appropriately.
  8. No open liquor, profanity or loud noise disturbing other campers. Quiet time: 11:00 pm - 8:00 am.
  9. Keep food items (and trash with food scraps) put away to avoid attracting wildlife looking for a meal.
  10. No chasing or catching the bunny rabbits! They are wild but protected while living here.
  11. We have firewood for sale - do not gather your own from our forest.
  12. We also have laundry facilities available - do not do your laundry in our sinks or showers.
  13. Upon departure, make sure your campsite is clean and ready for the next camper.

Creekside Campground Swimming Pool Rules

  1. The swimming pool is for our paid campers and guests ONLY!
  2. You must shower BEFORE entering the pool. Please understand that this helps to prevent having the pool closed for extended periods for extra cleaning.
  3. All children 12 years old and younger MUST be accompanied and supervised in the pool and washroom areas.
  4. People with long hair should wear bathing caps to prevent clogging the filter.
  5. Use the pool at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
  6. No food, beverage or pets are allowed in the pool area.
  7. Swimming Pool Hours of Operation: May to June - 12 noon until 8:00 pm; July to August - 12 noon until 9:30 pm

Anyone not following the campground and pool rules will be asked to leave.

*Important Notes

  • A "camping unit" consists of 2 people (at least one of which must be an adult); one tent, tent trailer, truck camper, camper or RV, and one vehicle. Additional guests are charged an additional fee which must be paid in full before camping. If there are additional tents, campers or cars, please approve them with the managers to determine the best site and set-up arrangement.
  • The adjacent creek is a salmon spawning habitat and is very sensitive to any disturbance. The Department of Fisheries and Oceans requires us to prohibit any swimming, wading or playing in the creek (this includes pets), littering or disturbing the creek bank.
  • The campground runs on a septic field system that can only process human waste and normal amounts of toilet paper. DO NOT put any foreign objects, such as paper towels, tampons, dental floss, Q-tips, paper packaging etc., into the system, whether in our washrooms or in your own camper.
